As a small Residential Family Assessment Centre we have been working with Rezume for many years now, we have always found them to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and honest. Rezume undertake our Regulatory Quality checks monthly and annually and these have been thorough and have allowed us to ensure we are consistently working in line with Ofsted’s NMS and Regulations. Rezume keep us up to date with changes in legislation and support us in changing policies to reflect these. Rezume Care Management have proved to be an exceptional resource for our company over the last 12 months. We have embarked on a process of complete review of our service and have relied on the professional and knowledgeable advice given to us by the team at Rezume. Their Policies & Procedures templates have saved us an enormous amount of time in rewriting all of our policies, in the confidence that the new policies are fit for purpose, evidence based, and meet all regulatory requirements. The regular revision of these templates and the updates received also ensure that we are never exposed from a regulatory perspective in respect of policies and procedures.
Following a difficult inspection last year , we employed the services of Rezume Management Consultancy to carry out a Baseline Audit at our Childrens Home. They produced an impartial report which detailed our weak areas and supplied us with a detailed action plan highlighting how we could address those weak areas along with sensible timescales. This has had significant benefits for the young people we support.
When we appointed a new home manager, we felt it would be beneficial to appoint Rezume management to provide him with a robust arms length impartial supervision framework. This has turned out to be very effective, as we are able to liase with Rezume before each supervision session to highlight any areas for discussion, and we receive a detailed supervision report highlighting what was discussed along with an action plan for the manager to complete prior to the next session.
We have also purchased the Managers annual plan , which is linked to the managers Outlook Calendar and the Directors calendar. This prompts the manager on a daily basis to carry out essential management tasks linked to the regulatory standards. This is an exceptional tool, and is effective in keeping us all focussed on compliance.
We are very grateful to the team at Rezume for their incredible support, and their exceptional response times. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them in 2021.
