Ride and Glide Bewertungen 

Bought a new Evolve GTR board from Ride + Glide. It arrived with factory defects and has never been usable. Despite sending clear photos and video, they only offered a video call to help me fix it myself—instead of real warranty support.

After several emails, they refused to do anything further. Disappointing service – not recommended.

New user, started to list item, it said it would create an account with first item. Started pics upload, backed out when it asked for Proof of Purchase, didnt have a pic of that. No listing created ok. Tried later and it rejected my email registration as already registered. Tried again upload produced 'JSON error' then removed it before i could screenshot. Bad website, errors only in coded form. Asked for support that said they try to respond in 2 days. 4 days later nothing. I set a password on my account, used it, it still says the account has a temp password. will use ebay instead.

This after their response to my review: you seem to have assumed I used the same email address on your website asking for support, as the one I use for Trustpilot.

Customer service were quick to answer questions prior to purchase and I got a shiny new Onewheel XR Classic that I've been enjoying riding. Hoping to pick up a set of rail guards next!

Great communication and service

R&G are a very good business, they take time to explain things and answer questions. The products they sell are really good (I purchased a Pint S bundle).
There were some issues with delivery and back order items but they answered my questions promptly and Pierre chucked in a Beanie in admiration for my patience ho ho. Cheers Pierre.

Amazing idea I love how you can customise everything, just gives it that more personalisation to it. So fun to ride and of course best waste of money I've spent.
Came all boxed nicely and safely packaged although the outer box they get delivered in has been damaged badly both times but everything was fine on inside and that's the delivery peoples fault presumably. Arrived quick and on time too.

What a lovely friendly, helpful company! I’m so pleased with the cap I bought for my boyfriend and the lovely team even included a T-shirt after I had inquired separately about sizes - such a lovely surprise 😊

Awful post-sale support...
Had some problems and needed repairs on a Dualtron scooter purchased from this store.

After a bunch of emailing and phone calls back and forth, and because I don't live local to their shop (they had no problems taking my money and shipping me the damn thing), best they could tell me is to go to a London shop that has nothing to do with them.

Funny how nobody had an issue selling a Dualtron City, yet everyone tells me "oh that's a tough model to fix". Why, because it big? You should have a nationwide collection of faulty products still under warranty, not my problem you run your online operation from Brighton and expect me to ship a 48kg scooter that honestly should be fixed by you

Great communication and super quick next day delivery. Can't ask for more!

Been out a few times on the Pint S and pretty blown away by the control and power and the speed with which you get used to it - although definitely still very a much in beginner mode!

Got an electric bike from Marketplace managed by R&G, it looked like a shop return with 5 miles on the odometer. It arrived super well packed, with all included and some extra tools to put it back together. No issues whatsoever. Had a great communications from the sales team.

Overall very pleased with my purchase of the vsett 10+ , had a minor problem with the scooter which I was able to fix myself, Ride and Glide did offer to look at the problem but luckily I solved the problem quickly myself, would definitely recommend the vsett 10+ very well built and very good performance

They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their expertise and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Ride & Glide for top-notch service and a great customer experience.

Pierre dealt with me when I visited the Worthing branch and I must say such a nice guy . Spent time with me , and his knowledge was exceptional ! Really helped me out by spending a good hour sharing information. If any body is looking for a e-bike or e-scooter please call in . Highly recommended. Steve

I bought an mxe-3 off these guys before Christmas no problems with delivery. The bike came fully built and fully charged ready to go. I had a good look around the bike checked all nuts and bolts could not pick a fault with the in house assembly. I managed to snap the spring on my chain tensioner so I contacted customer services they got me another one out very quickly and kept me posted on the progress of the delivery. Would 100% use this company again they were faultless from my experience. Cheers guys
