Fantastic experience selling my OneWheel XR through the premium service! Pierre was able to guide me through each stage, and within a few days of making first contact I had the board picked up from me at a convenient place and time, and was kept in the loop with constant updates on the sales process. On top of all this, they helped me get a great price for the board which I otherwise would have had to sell for far less if I’d do the whole thing myself. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

Felt very confident in dealing with them for such an expensive transaction. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Bit late in posting this review, been having too much fun on my new onewheel GT. If you're having a mid life crises and your wife won't let you get a motorbike this is the way to go!

Purchased an e-sccoter from Ride + Glide on October 21, 2024. and had to email them several times to get an update, but was instructed to wait. The item finally showed up but was defective and broken when arrived on April 11, 2024. Told them the situation but then received an email stating that the scooter shouldn’t have been ridden. My question is, if the scooter is not ridden, how can one determine if the handle is loose? Although the light was broken, the company dismissed this as well, claiming that the item had been used before the flaws were discovered. My first and final purchase from them, of course. Never again, and would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. Terrible experience and even worst customer service!

Bike arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Company even followed up pro-actively when the parcel tracker wasn't updating.

Wow, was so pleased with the Z Adventure after my son bought one I had to have one too. I'm 61 and this is just a fantastic bit of kit for all ages. Build quality is brilliant and so easy to ride. Ride and glide have been superb throughout the whole process with really quick delivery and feedback.
I definate recommend for anyone wanting to move to e-bike.

We have been a few times to visit Ride and glide always get a coffee on arrival and my husband then has a great experience testing the scooters getting knowledge he literally loves going there we won’t buy from anywhere else we trust this company and would recommend to all

From start to finish ride and glide were very good I ordered a scooter online on the 5th and it eventually arrived on 22nd August the delivery company took a long time to issue the goods but when I got the tracking info was delivered the next day but it was well worth the wait

Worst company had to deal with had a nami burn e from them nothing but problems from day one they don’t have the savy to even match codes on parts to send out lol even tho iv done this 3 times now had the scooter 2 months do not buy from these nothing but messing about for months even tho its happend in the first week of owing the scooter

Absolutely love my new evolve gtr carbon ... just got back from shell island and spent the week carving round there ...
Just a couple of issues with it ... one I've slow punctures already so thinking of changing to some cloud wheels ...
One other issue was a small bit of grip tape lifting days after I got it ... only minor problems and doesn't detract from how amazing this board is ...

Speedy delivery and no damage to the items. The online service works great and their reply time is very fast. Will definitely order from here again!
