Been using ride and glide since March/April 2023 as I brought a nami burn e off them and all I can say is good from the customer services we receive to rapid delivery and great knowledge Amy's really nice to deal with and another gentleman or 2 are always there to answer any questions or problems they'll soon get back to you ...good people ! Needed to change the tyre on my GT as well as add FL Life savers so booked in at R&G and had it all done in just under 1hr, even had some nice coffee whilst I waited and a quick chat with some of the team. A really friendly setup and they make you feel at home and loads of cool gear to look at whilst you wait. Thanks again

Writing the review in regards to the company itself, NOT the products I've received. Fantastic people. Genuine 5 stars. They've been nothing but immensely helpful, they answered any and all enquiries and I will honestly say they've been one of of not the best company experiences especially in a relatively new and growing electric vehicle market full of difficult companies.

I first ordered an Apollo City Pro, free next day delivery and within 4 days I noticed a stem crack due to defect. They had no hesitation to not only service under warranty but also upgrade the stem AND give me £50 voucher. They even got someone out to pick up the scooter the same day I contacted. Now I still didn't like the scooter, this is a problem with Apollo scooters, so I ordered a Nami Klima. Same speedy delivery and now I'm riding and gliding with a smile.

You can't fault the company for quality issues with a product they don't manufacture, just everything else has been perfect. Great technical support, knowledge, honest, I can ask them stiff without them just trying to sell me stuff, incredibly friendly and very prompt to pickup the phone.

Absolutely recommended. Best UK PEV retailer by far.

So, we bought a scooter, the Apollo Ghost, (£1600 lighter in the pocket) from Ride and Glide last October. We kept getting a flat tyre so took it to the local repair man who said it was due to a problem with the fitting of the inner tube when it was manufactured. We paid to have it fixed.
Next, the brakes stopped working. We took it back to the repair man, he uhmed and ahhed, then fixed it, warning it was only going to be temporary. Shortly after, the brakes went again. We took it to the repair man (again) and he said it was a manufacturing fault on the brakes. The scooter would need new parts (£250) in order to fix it. He suggested we go back to the retailer, we do, after all, have consumer rights. We called Ride and Glide, and they said they didn’t cover the brakes in the warranty. I explained that this was a MANUFACTURERS FAULT, and not the result of wear and tear. The scooter has done 107 miles. Ride and Glide were not the slightest bit interested, although they offered to pick the scooter up (as long as we paid the shipping costs. For a 29kg scooter??) and have a look at it.
As consumers, we have a right to expect something we paid that sort of money for to be in good working order. Our scooter left the workshop faulty, so we should not be liable for the cost of replacement parts. Ride and Glide just repeated that the brakes were not covered in the warranty. Shabby customer service, frankly, avoid these people. 0 stars if it was possible 😡

Bought an Apollo City Pro from these guys about 6months ago, and it has been a brilliant purchase the commute to work has been excellent, quick and alot of fun.. But the real reason for the 5*s here is they have gone above and beyond for all my needs. Had a few minor issues here and there and 1 manufacturing issue which they quickly sent off for the scooter to fix and replace with new more hard-wearing parts all Free of charge. They were also able to quickly add more changes to the work-order for me, fitted a new tyre at a very reasonable price and even replaced the throttle and break with the newer models too for me!
There was a little misshap with the tyre being fitted on the front instead of the rear but I was quickly apologised too and had a new tyre sent out also free of charge. Excellent company with great customer service and timely, helpful support staff! Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to buy from them or deal with them in future. Shall recommend to friends for sure. Great work guys! - Paul

I pre-ordered a Scooter on the 3rd of March and while I was waiting for the pre-order to come in stock I was constantly receiving updates on the status of my order. Any questions I had, I received a quick response from their live chat. When my order was read and processed, it came next day. The day after I received my order, I had a question about my Scooter and straightaway I was given a response with very helpful information.
