Great one to one customer service with super speedy delivery

Ride & Glide pre and post sale services are just exceptional. Highly recommend them.

Before ordering I checked how long delivery should be and was told 10 days. 10 Days later I checked in and was told there was a customs issue that should be solved in 'a couple of days'.

A couple of days later I message back only to be told the same thing. Repeat this a few more times and then finally I get told I can expect my item on Monday.

Well today is Friday and it came so it's technically early, I just wish it wasn't like pulling teeth trying to get a delivery estimate. Happy with the product and will likely order again, just not anything on backorder

I mistakenly ordered wrong part, but!.. the help the quality of service an advice!.. was second to none!.. took return of wrong ordered item, an posted correct item within hours!. after a few emails an pictures to check the right part, to the amazing amount of no extra charge!..
with a message saying about if I need assistance in fitting!.. just ask!..
All I have to say is when are you opening in Cardiff!.. we need you!.. Amazing service but advice to

Had good customer service thus far ,been having issue with my nami scooter ,contacted ride n glide, they organised courier to pik up n now at there depot ,Ride n glide contacted myself to inform me has arrived, Yet to find out what's wrong with my scooter but did state 72hrs on email ,so yeah so far so good 👍

I was after a Dualtron Victor, but needed a seat and a few other bits. Ride and Glide were the only company to take my order seriously, after many hours of research and contacting various companies. It even arrived earlier than stated, and i was particularly grateful to the staff for all their help and attention! Especially Amy who was great in assisting, advising and keeping in touch and up to date! All in all excellent service.

I got the Onewheel as Christmas present, my partner said that delivery was very good, and they were in contact with him all the time making sure he knows where to expect packages. The fender arrived later but we knew that was the case because of the great communication.
