Awful company, diabolical service, dont pay out!! Avoid!!
I dont normally leave reviews but i felt so strongly about the conduct of this company i felt obliged to. This is an awful company, with shocking customer service. We took out a policy for some valuable items and dispite nothing being contested am still struggling to get the insurance co.pany to pay out nearly 6 months later. They employ delaying tactics, relay between several different companies none of which seem to be in relation to Ripe whom i took my insurance out with all 3rd party prividers whom i have not heard of but slopey shouldered blame onto each party for why there have been no responses.
The unbased allegations and accusations upon a time when we were grieving is nothing short of disgusting, and every email received from this company seems to relay a threat of scaring tactics and prosecution right from the offset.
You take out insurance so that god forbid should you ever need it you have piece of mind. This company has caused more stress, upset and aggrevation than the initial incident. Avoid at all costs if you can as nothing is worth the stress this company has caused me and my family.
If i could leave 0 stars i would.
Despite bo longer even having the product i have been told i cannot cancel my insurance or it will invalidate my claim, so this company have also been taking my monies from my bank for 6 months as it has taken this long and still not resolved for service no longer required under the threat of not paying out.

I have been unable to locate a policy given the details provided for "Emsie T". However, we should then be able to pass this to Davies to investigate into for you, and we can opt you out of automatic renewal with ourselves and confirm this with you.
