Placed an order amounting to £400 and have never received the item ! Numerous phone calls have got me nothing more than fobbed off and still no item ! I paid an extra £9.50 for 3 day delivery and placed the order in the first week of July !! Had used this company previously without any issues ! Friendly efficient well trained staff greeted us at every corner from check in to baggage collection back in London. Beautiful hotel, lovely clean planes with great staff and professional service ! We were slightly nervous travelling abroad for the first time in 18 months but jet2 honestly made it seem easy !
Ibiza was amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend jet2 !
