Considering they just shipped me an alien bees light without a power cord, so I don’t even know if it works, and it’s $40 to get a cord from buff I would never shop there. I checked out on eBay as a guest so my choices were limited, and instead of fessing up to their mistake they let PayPal side with them. Such bullsh*t on their end. Zero integrity.

WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN!!!! Ordered a 2x tameron conver for my canon camera and realized it was the wrong mount, I need a EF mount and this was for a mf mount. I sent in a request to cancel the order. After 3 messages through 2 days, I heard NOTHING. I finally heard back and they asked me what mount I needed and told them I already ordered a different one so I don't need it anymore, just want a credit back to my card, heard nothing, conversation tottaly stopped. Next day, I decided to just call them. GuycI talked to said it would fit, IT WOULDNT FIT AS I NEED THE EF MOUNT FOR MY CANNON, well, he persisted it would fit and after about 10 min on the phone arguing with him that I just want a credit, he finally said ok, kinda rude as well. We'll, I found on the web about it saying that a RF mount will not fit my camera, as it stated, AF WILL NOT FIT A CANON. I sent it to them from our last conversation ro show them, and THEY HAD THE BALLS TO CALL ME ON THE PHONE BECAUSE OF WHAT I HAD SENT, didn't answer it because I didn't know who it was at first till he left a message by mistake because he forgot to hang up, and YES, it was the same guy I argued with the day before. DOES THIS COUNT AS HARASSMENT????? BE VERY AWARE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, GOOD DEALS OR NOT, KEEP AWAY!!!!!

I saw that they had an item that was in high demand and scarce to find listed in stock on their website. I called to confirm and the clerk actually went back and got the item in his hands for me to confirm. Then he passed it to on-line sales as I placed my order. Shipped promptly by FedEx.

We are extremely happy with our purchase! After trading in 2 - LUMIX G9's, we've found quite a few great improvements with our upgrade: Ergonomics, button layout, and button sensitivity. Customizing the quick menu really makes it easy to access many important features without having to go through the lengthy settings menus. The auto focus system is drastically enhanced, but does take some time identifying the correct settings to maximize its shooting capabilities for very specific subjects. The WB, dynamic range, and high ISO are significantly improved as well.

I'm new to using my camera and needed to get a lens for our vacation. I had tons of questions and Brayden was extremely patient with me (and my small children) in answering them, letting me try products, and showing me additional features on my camera. I greatly appreciated his help and kindness. It made choosing a lens way less overwhelming!
