I bought a refurbished camera from Roberts Camera eBay store. The item appears to be shrink-wrapped and came in an OEM box which says "refurbished camera". The problem is - the OEM box is torn open and the camera (apart from the wrap) is not cushioned and protected for shipping. The torn OEM box and the loose camera have been placed inside a large eBay box with two small pieces of bubble wrap and one small piece of packing paper. THIS IS NOT PROPER PACKAGING FOR A PROFESSIONAL CAMERA STORE!

Found exactly what I wanted (new in box Panasonic Lumix FZ2500). Customer service walked me through choice to send to FedX center so I didn't have to wait at home all day to sign for the package. Camera is perfect and exactly as described

The people at Roberts were super helpful and kind. I had a great experience in the store itself. However I only take off 1 star because the camera I had ordered online used a memory stick instead of SD card which was not specified online. I ended up returning it because there wasn’t going to be an easy way to transfer the photos to my phone. So that was a bit of a bummer but I found another cheap digital camera in store to replace it.

Lens was offer as GOOD condition but I would rate it Excelent condition, properly packaged, works flawlessly and 180 days warranty. Robert's Camera (UsedPhotoPro) is my first stop when looking for used photography equipment.

My experience with Roberts Camera is always wonderful. The item displayed on their site is the exact item received. Ordering is easy and shipping is prompt. The Rokinon 12mm f2 wide-angle lens ordered for my Fuji X-T2 works flawlessly. It was hard to tell that the lens was used. I recommend Roberts Camera highly!
