I’ve been with Rocket 21 as a funded trader, and my experience has been terrible when it comes to payouts. I requested a payout 15 days ago, and despite their policy stating payments are processed within 48 business hours, I have not received anything.
I’ve sent multiple emails to support, and this is now the third time I’ve tried to reach them without any reply. The lack of communication is completely unprofessional. A prop firm should not ignore its funded traders, especially when money is owed.
This delay is not only frustrating but also damaging to trust. I was planning to create content based on my trading with Rocket 21, but now I cannot recommend them to anyone. At this point, I strongly caution other traders to think twice before joining, because if they don’t pay or communicate, nothing else matters.
Rocket 21 has failed to honor its own payout terms, failed to provide support, and failed to earn my trust.

Nunca pagaron a nadie, se robaron toda la plata. Desde el sensei y el novio hasta los trabajadores de la “empresa”. Unos ladrones, mas de un año esperando retiros y aun siguen estafando gente. Una total porquería.

Tengo tres semanas mandando correos y no responden, estoy positivo en la plataforma y el Dashboard no actualiza, no me deja hacer mi primer retiro, totalmente de acuerdo con todos los comentarios, nos hicieron varias migraciones hasta que nos llevaron a X9 Traders, una plataforma que parece BETA, no respeta SL, la pagina colapsa, el precio siempre es erróneo, y a pesar de todo en contra logre estar positivo y ahora no puedo hacer mi retiro, 10 meses de trabajo, de disciplina perdidos, entre por la gran publicidad del Sensey y estoy totalmente decepcionado...

Handled the withdrawal dispute as a civil litigation in court

I invested in Rocket 21 and made a profit of $2,673.86 in my account (R21 Account #11121605). This payout was supposed to be processed on March 10, 2025. I contacted Rocket 21 many times—at first, they responded, but now they have completely stopped replying.

After reviewing Trustpilot, I see that many other users are facing the same issue—profits withheld, no payouts, and yet they continue selling new accounts.

I believe this may be a coordinated scam or fraudulent operation. I am currently exploring legal action and possible class action with other affected investors.

I will also be filing reports with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, securities regulators, and consumer protection agencies. Please exercise caution before investing in Rocket 21.

Si fuera posible pondría 0 estrellas estas personas son unos estafadores, compre la prueba de un millón y solicité mi retiro hace varios meses y no responden ya no están pagando, además de que perdí mis 10.000 dolares de la prueba jamas veré mi ganancia de 57.000 dolares. vamos a reportar las cuentas de instagram y YouTube de estas personas para que más personas no sean estafadas

I have not received my credentials for the funded stage of 200k challenge, it's been like one week and nothing, I also sent a message and I have not received a reply.
I also made a 500 withdrawal from a 10k account, and only received like 60 something, I reach out to support, and he told me that he will verify, and I have been waiting for like 6 months for a reply.

Please refund my payment and profit share...i submit withdrawal request on 14.07.2025 but no response yet... it's really horrible experience with rocket 21

Que lamentable que estas empresas existan, te hacen el mejor marketing y al momento de retirar no pagan esperando hace ya 30 dias que me paguen y ni siquiera responden.

Pésima empresa, unos estafadores, hace 1 año compre un Challege e hicieron 4 migraciones, eso lo hacen evidentemente para perjudicar al que lo compro, la ultima migración es lo que demuestra que son estafadores, migraron las cuentas a la plataforma X9HQ(hace como 3 meses) que aparte de andar pésimo no te deja cerrar parciales, ni siquiera correr el SL, como mucho te deja poner Break even.. una vergüenza. les recomiendo de corazon que no le regalen la plata, porque hacen todo lo posible para que pierdas.

He sido víctima de un fraude por parte de Alex y Sensei, supuestos dueños de Rocket 21, quienes me han estafado 7 500 €.

Exijo que se pongan en contacto conmigo de inmediato y devuelvan el dinero. De no recibir respuesta ni solución, las autoridades competentes harán su trabajo.

Recomiendo a todos tener extrema precaución antes de tratar con esta empresa

It’s now been over 14 weeks since my first payout request (ID 11114552) and almost 2 months for the second (ID 11115438).

I’ve followed up countless times via email and live chat. Every single reply says the same thing — “escalated to the payments team” or “will be processed soon” — but nothing has actually happened.
• No payout
• No concrete date
• No explanation for the delay

At this point, it feels like they are just stalling. I’ve been extremely patient, but there’s been zero progress or transparency.

If a company can’t give a straight answer or process payments within a reasonable time, it’s hard to trust them.

I’m still waiting — and I’ll update this review if and when the payouts are finally processed.

I have no words!! I bought this challenge because Alex promoted it but it's sad I requested my payout before 30 days ago and it's still pending and it say " You currently have a pending request. Please wait for it to be approved or rejected before submitting another request." WTF I have been waiting for 30 days bro this is mad bro. Me tomo meses pasar el challenge, cuando fui de fase a fase no tuve problemas, ya fondeado llevo esperando 2 semanas por mi primer retiro, en instagram me contestaron que debía mandar un e-mail y después de una semana tampoco han respondido al correo ni al livechat de su página. Porque no hay ni siquiera una respuesta @Rocket21?
