Rocket 21 Doesn't Care about customers.
Rocket 21 is seriously failing us as traders, they've had over 10 migrations in the past 5-6 months, every 3 weeks there's a migration, on top of that they always choose the platform for us to trade on now they've migrated us for the 10th time away from MT5 now we're on X9 Which is a horrible platform It's almost always loading, you even miss opportunities, so Rocket 21 really doesn't care about the customers they are only there to lure customers in after that they'll migrate every other week, on top of that there's nothing you can do as a trader no refunds no explanation just always making the choice on your behalf and expecting you to live with it, I've honestly had a horrible experience I'm overly dissatisfied and that's an understatement.

This is the biggest scam in the world. tge owe me a payoug of atleast 15,000 dollars and i have not seen a penny of it. if you contact customer service they will keep makkng excuses like service still dealing with lots of request etc. all these bad reviews are here for a reason. just stick with traditional FTMO for best chances ofbgetting paid out.

I generated $8445.33, they delayed my payout and only paid me out $5000 I asked why?? and they gave an explanation that they lost my trading data… but I see it all there. I let it go and started to trade on the funded again but I was banned and said I breached a rule while I was in profit…. These guys aren’t reliable, I have screenshots for proof.

Estuve 2 meses solicitando un retiro. Duraron SEMANAS, diciéndome que habían hecho avances significativos. Que me llegaría información prontamente al correo. Me comunicaba con ellos día tras día, ya que esos famosos correos nunca llegaron. Migraciones interminables. Y luego de 2 meses, me denegaron un pago que aún me deben, inventándose la excusa de que use un lotaje demasiado alto, cuando mi gestión de riesgo es únicamente del 0.5% por trade. Ya me dirán cómo alguien violá un lotaje con esa gestión de riesgo. Espere 1 semana para que me indicaran eso y me indicaron números de tickets de “mis tardes” que ni siquiera son míos. Sin duda, la peor empresa DE LEJOS, con la que he trabajado programas de fondeo. No pierdas tu dinero ni tiempo, se inventaran una excusa para no pagarte. Todo lo tengo documentado en videos y capturas. Este intento de empresa es una vergüenza. Y luego ves cómo te eliminan los comentarios de redes sociales, dejan de hacer publicaciones, dejan de hacer marketing, le pagan a personas para que suban reseñas positivas hablando bien de la empresa, cierran el canal de discord, ofrecen un servicio al cliente SUPREMAMENTE INEFICIENTE..
Si tú estás leyendo esto y tienen un pago contigo, da ese payout como perdido y ve a trabajar de forma seria con otra empresa que si sea correcta. FTMO, TRADINGPITT o FundingPips. Esta empresa te robará tu dinero porque no te va a pagar o manipularán tus órdenes o inventaran excusas absurdas para no hacerlo. Sus fundadores, FXALEX Y Sensei son unos sinvergüenzas. Luego los ves con autos de lujo, casas grandes y dinero ilimitado. Ahí están nuestros payouts señores. Esa gente no hace trading y no son rentables. Solo quieren que entre dinero y que no salga. No caigan en la estafa. No pierdan su dinero y sobretodo, no pierdan su tiempo aquí. Vayan con otras empresas que aunque sean más caras, si son compañías reales y profesionales. Dios los bendiga a todos y lo siento por todos aquellos que fueron estafados.

Anything that relates to people getting their money for the work they put in playing by your rules; the system is not working no more 😂😂 it’s need days , weeks , months or your favourite words ” soon” to able to fix
