La cuenta de 10 k que tanto me costó…
La cuenta de 10 k que tanto me costó conseguir, va a ser eliminada luego del "pago". El "pago" lo solicité hace un mes y medio y sigo esperando. Es decir, me voy a quedar sin cuenta, pero además no me están pagando el retiro que me corresponde por el profit que le hice a esa cuenta. Yo me pregunto, si no tienen capacidad para pagar los 400 USD que hice, cómo creen que van a poder pagar los retiros de esas cuentas millonarias que ahora están vendiendo a USD 10.000 el challenge? No les da vergüeza jugar con el dinero, la esperanza y los sueños de las personas? ROCKET21 NO PAGA. No compren esos challenge, por favor, es una estafa. Las respuestas son textos copiados que repiten siempre lo mismo. Es imposible que tengan voluntad de pagar y todavía no hayan podido. Una decepción esta empresa.

Don’t believe a word they say, gave a whole 50% off deal for new years to scam you. They knew what they were doing. Wanted to make the excuse of doing a migration to remove you from your challenge, one single pay out. When you should be given countless until you breach the account. Anything they say is straight BS, they may apologize and respond but whatever they say, there’s no real concern behind their words.
Their discord is empty, so now you can’t write to them. Their rating shouldn’t be at 4 stars, it should be at 0 stars, because they are so shit. Whoever from rocket21 responds to this, your apology doesn’t mean shit to anyone.

Ever since the "Migration" happened mid January 2025 US clients have been patiently waiting to get their accounts back with no avail 5+ weeks later. At this point I'm not too sure if US clients would even ever get their accounts back.
Customer service is fast to respond but they don't know when this issue would be resolved neither, they all have the same pre-made responses to every question and sometimes would suggest speculative dates or assumptions of when it will be fixed.
Honestly they should consider issuing refunds to clients who bought their challenge at this point to make things right.
Don't believe any response to cover up or downplay this issue on here and check out how many people are complaining on their discord chat.

Voy a poner el gmail que me enviaron: Debido a la finalización de disponibilidad de los Retos Apolo 11 y el Desafío Estándar, hemos implementado medidas para garantizar la transparencia y el cumplimiento de nuestros compromisos. Las cuentas serán cerradas debido a que no son compatibles con el nuevo formato de cuentas que estamos implementando.
Por lo tanto su cuenta ya obtuvo su ultimo retiro con un 10% adicional de bonificacion y fue cerrada, para volver a participar tendra que adquirir un nuevo desafio.

It's terrible, it's a scam.
I regret having purchased a challenge from this company. It is not serious, and is not able to give a fixed date for the end of the migration. They gave a date on which users would receive an update and they were not able to commit to update us on that day. It has been a month full of lies where they say the account will be ready this week and it never happens, and it has been the same for 4 weeks.
I bought my account in December with the offers, only to have them announce a month later that they are going to migrate and all the accounts will be lost. It is a deceitful and misleading tactic. It's terrible, any other company has more commitment to their users, so look for literally any other company.
For the accounts out of the US that have been migrated, no one has been paid this month, not one withdrawal has been processed. The accounts have a very high spread, and the SL's and TP's are no good. You can verify this on their discord where people only complain daily.
I entirely lost trust, and I would never recommend it to anyone, not even for free.
Support can only tell lies because even they don't know what to expect.

This Company is not trustworthy whatsoever. They have been “ migrating “ for over a month now . Meaning that in the US they have been completely out operation.
