Good quality product well fitted by the installer

My electric double garage door, installed by Rolux some 14 years previously needed routine servicing. The initial visit diagnosed the need for a new motor - not unreasonably! However, this was not followed up by Rolux and it took another phone call from me several weeks later to resurrect the project. Thereafter, in short order, there was a follow up visit to fit the new motor for the price already quoted. Conclusion: a good quality product, friendly engineer but an administrative hiccup to begin with.

Our Garage doors have been fitted for nearly eight years now and have given no issues. Recently serviced by Rolux to make sure they continue to work well and no issues found. I would recommend Rolux to anyone.

Having approached 2 National companies for quotes for my awning I also approached Rolux. They were excellent to deal with, no pushy salesman just an honest assessment of what I needed. The awning was delivered on time and fitted by 2 very efficient fitters.

Outstanding. Old school ethos of genuinely wanting to look after their customers. We had the roller blinds fitted at the front of our house that gets the worst of the weather. We were so pleased with the blinds and the excellent job that Adam and Dave did to fit them, that we bit the bullet and asked them to come back and do the back of the house. The blinds are not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for with regard to the quality of the product and fitting.Highly recommended, we can’t fault them.

Contacted Rolux after vandals had broken my windows they were empathic and kind and very professional they fitted my shutters quickly for me and the workmen that came out were polite, respectful, and kind… you couldn’t expect anything more.

I am very impressed with both the company and the product. Fantastic service from the people in the office who were extremely helpful, quick with replies to my questions, the polite gentleman who came to measure up, explaining the various options available and the team who fitted them. It was also nice to have the same person who measured them up originally actually fitted them too.

The quote was competitive compared to others. The shutters were ready on time. I had to delay the installation by few months due to delays in my renovation project but they did no mind and were very accommodating.
