Having contacted head office they arranged a site visit promptly and we were able to discuss our requirements which were noted down.

The installation visit was arranged and Adam and Jordan, the fitters arrived on time. they worked throughout the morning and completed the job expertly. The finished product is just what we wanted and the features were thoroughly explained before the guys left.

The office back up is excellent too and all documentation was emailed including invoices, receipts and Operating Manual

The gentlemen who arrived to assess our needs, together with the fitters were all so knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss our project. Their total approach is customer focussed, which is exactly what we needed. Our roller shutter was initially installed in 2006 and had given fantastic service to 2024, but the motor was starting to struggle and a few of the slats were not looking their best! After our site visit, we were advised to replace the motor, an essential work, but then we had the option of replacing the whole curtain door or just the few slats which had lost a bit of shape. We decided to replace the motor and door which all took place six days later…astonishingly quick service. This company is terrific. The office staff are also rapid response. Without doubt, this family-led company has got it right. Best value, and in our minds, a truly reliable & trustworthy group…such a great company model.

Rolux UK were very efficient and friendly to deal with from originally booking a service to deciding to have a new garage door when they visited. It took a morning to fit and everything was spotless after the men had finished. I didn’t have to wait long for the new one. Very pleased indeed and can highly recommend Rolux garage doors.

Our last Rolux door lasted 18 years and it was starting to struggle so given how well it did we felt obliged to go with Rolux again. Nice people to deal with, on the phone and the installers.
The new door is also more air tight so the room is much warmer, seems really solid.

The team arrived at the agreed time and were very professional and polite. Their work was exemplary and the work was completed within the agreed timescale. All waste was removed and everything was left neat and tidy and I can now actually get my car into the garage!
