Rolux were very professional and responsive.
From the initial enquiry to completion of the work and even the follow up afterwards was very good.
The change of two garage doors to one large single was completed in a single day and has now allowed us to use the garage to park both cars.
The guys who completed the work were very respectful and helpful with any questions.
Would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Presales experience excellent - visited showroom and John was very friendly and kindly took me through all options and the pro's and con's of each. Product and installation price was extremely competitive. When I confirmed the order, they were able to book my installation in very quickly (less than a week). The lads that fitted the door were very professional, courteous and clean & efficient workers. They kindly took my old garage door and associated rubbish away with them. The quality of the product is very good and pleased that I selected the slightly better 'German' made door. To date (product has been installed c.4 weeks), the door operates perfectly and has made an excellent 'aesthetic' addition to my property. Well done Rolux and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. I cannot currently comment on aftersales service as I have not needed to use this to date.

An excellent service in every stage of the fitting of our Rolux garage door. Keith who carried out the survey was excellent with his information and advice and the two gentlemen who came to fit the door were courteous, friendly and very efficient.
The job was finished in good time and is top class.

Recommended by a neighbour who had a great experience. The day after my phone enquiry I had a survey visit and emailed quote the same day. Called into showroom in Alsager and had a really friendly/no hard sell meeting with John who explained all the options available. Quoted 2/3 weeks delivery but fitting took place 10 days later. Excellent fitters and great quality door, probably not the cheapest around but well worth the little extra. Thanks!

Fantastic service. Everything was seamless from our initial visit,m to the showroom in Alsager, survey and fitting. Fitters were fabulous, polite, removed all rubbish and our old garage door.
The door itself is so easy to use, came with two fobs and is the perfect colour (beige).

I did some shopping around before choosing Rolux for our new garage roller door, which they installed yesterday. I went with them as they are a local manufacturer and the fitters are employed direct. Other people seem to be fitters who buy in doors and I would have doubts about the value of their guarantee. The Rolux fitters were very particular about the installation and the garage door now looks so impressive. Would definitely recommend this family company.

Very hard to find such a reliable service nowadays that not only deliver on expectations but exceed expectations. From the moment we enquired about a roller shutter through Rolux we couldn’t believe how quick the turnaround was. From our initial enquiry we had a visit within a few days, they sent a quotation over the same day with all the spec to choose from. Within a week we had our new roller shutter installed. The guys that installed it did a fantastic job and left no mess a gave a great demo of how to use it. Thank you to everyone on such a great service. Highly recommended.

My husband crashed our car into the garage door and bent it on the Sunday and by the following Wednesday Rolux had replaced it with a roller door. They were very quick, professional and did a fantastic job. The new door looks brilliant, and they took away all the rubbish and the old door. I would highly recommend them

Having recently moved into our property the garage door was an up & over affair badly fitting and looking a mess. Called Rollux uk and was surprised that Lewis visited later the same day to survey and advise us on the best selection for a roller garage door. Unbelievably, he said it would be ready to fit within the week, which it was! The fitters were very quick and had fitted the door within a couple of hours. They cleaned the area and took away the old door and left the area spotless. Top marks for the company and really very pleased with the door.

Workman ship was excellent , everything left clean and tidy , full explanation of operation was given.

Sensible price for a not so straightforward job which included cutting out brickwork and installing an RSJ.

I went to Rolux for a very specific colour match to my front door. From initial discussions, to survey, to fitting I found the Rolux team to be professional and knowledgeable. The colour match is perfect and the design is just as I imagined it. The survey was thorough and designing the door with their guy was straightforward. I was able to book a time for fitting at the time of the survey. The door was delivered and fitted exactly when they said they would. The guys on site were polite and tidy in their work and apart from the fact I have a new door you wouldn't know they had been in garage. Thank you to the whole team.

Great Company, price and fitting clearly exlpained. On the day of fitting on time and polite, 3 hrs of hard graft from Adam completed the task. All bits of up and over door was removed from my property.
