This is a first rate company they are absolutely trustworthy and their professionalism is outstanding. They were accurate with their start and finishing times, they had our electric roller door completed and up and running in five hours. This included dismantling the old garage door and taking it away. This company definitely do their talking through the quality of their work.

Good prompt service, product is good and installed with 4-6 weeks from accepting the quote. No fuss no hassle good service all round 😀

John was helpful and gave good advice. Two months later we met the most amazing person who helped us find our missing dog. His name was Jay and it he works for Rolux. From the on site survey, quotation and installation, the whole process was handled in an extremely professional manner and Rolux did a superb job in installing my new electric roller garage door. For me the mark of a good company is how they react when something is wrong. I had a small issue with the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, I reported this to Rolux and they came out the next day and sorted the problem. For those looking for a garage door replacement I have no hesitation in recommending Rolux.

From our initial meeting with John to the expert fitting by Adam the whole process took just nine days. The old garage door was taken away, every speck of rubbish swept up. Adam explained exactly how the door was fitted and operates.We are extremely pleased with the whole experience

Honestly the experience of buying a motorised garage door from this local family company just couldn't have been any better. Great product, great fitters, no pressure sales, delivered earlier than expected, decent price, jealous neighbours. What on earth more could anyone want?

I had two roller shutters installed last year, in July 2024, excellent service throughout, with a minor fault developing just over a year later (this week) 24/07/25, I called Rolux to ask for advice, thinking I could sort the fault out myself, however within 24 hours Jamie a very polite/friendly engineer arrived and fixed the fault in less than an hour.
I highly recommend Rolux for a quality service before/during & after installation.

The whole experience was great, from Ben doing the initial consultation to Jack and J completing the installation. The team are very helpful and friendly. On the day of installation, the process was quick, they accommodated us to fit around turning the electric off and tidied up afterwards. Would defo recommend.

The Rolux installation technicians turned up at the scheduled time and proceeded quickly with removal of our old up-and-over garage door. The glass panes broke during removal but this was speedily cleaned up before installation of our chosen Rolux model. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the process turned out - installation completed in less than 3 hours with everything tidied up and a classy looking new garage door in place. The technicians were pleasant, respectful and helpful throughout the process. Well done Rolux for an excellent job!

Starting from John in his office who was our first port of call whose warmth appealed to us both followed by the visit from Ben as an efficient but down to earth assessor to the actual putting up of the electrical canopy at the back and similarly of the electrical garage door at the front by Jamie and Jack in unison have all been pleasant experiences for us as clients.
The actual product has proved to be beautiful to see and easy to use! We feel contented, comfortable and happy with it all! Thanks be to all on a great job well done! Jugal and Evelyn.

Apart from a slight misunderstanding about what time the appointment was about to take place the fitters were polite and courteous. The installation was completed and I was given instructions as how to operate the door.

Efficient service, pleasant whilst professional, process from start to finish was excellent...effective communication and went above and beyond to assist me whilst choosing a colour ...I went to the showroom and they showed me colours etc...also went through what would happen during installation...

From the start of consultation they were brilliant and giving information that I needed. Discussed sizing and where the garage door would sit as we were having a 2 into 1 garage door. Which meant a new lintel across.
The guys who did the work were brilliant and worked quick, even in the rain they soldiered on.
Was recommended by a friend and now I've recommended them to my dad who wants a new garage door after seeing mine.
