Ordered premium roller garage door. Should have got one ages ago.Very pleased, ordered and fitted in around 3 weeks.

I've just had a new garage roller door installed by Rolux after my old up and over door failed and jammed shut.

Very pleased with the new door and really appreciated the quick turnaround they provided given the situation.

The service from John in the sales office through to the installation team was first class and I'm pleased I went with them.

The people I was in contact with were always polite and pleasant . The engineers worked efficiently and left everywhere neat and tidy.

Had a problem with intruders so phoned Rolux who visited 2 days later to survey and fitted a shutter on our kitchen double doors jus a week later.
Very friendly and helpful and we are extremely pleased with the fitting and the engineer who fitted it.
Everything was left clean and tidy.
We have 2 roller garage doors and if we have any issues with them I would definitely phone Rolux

Great communication with office lots of help online and excellent job by to young guys. They helped me to install the app, showed me how to use it. Also they not just removed but repositioned my wall mounted garden hose because they needed some space for the frame. Our security shutters are working very well with the app and without. I was very impressed with the timing, efficiency and quality of work carried out by the Rolux team. Everything happened just as they said it would in particular the skip delivery and pickup.
Minor comment, a confirmation that work will be started sent the day before would be helpful.

From when I first rang to make an appointment for a quotation, to having the door fitted, it has been an excellent experience.
From John in the showroom, Jamie who assessed and did the quotation, to Jamie and Ben doing the fitting, it has been a very positive experience.

Due to the failure of my garage door I approached several suppliers who generally said yes but it would take several days, and in a few cases weeks, before any survey and quote could be given. My final approach was to Rolux UK who came out that day, reviewed the job, explained thoroughly their proposal and quoted me there and then, followed by written confirmation within hours.
I’ve had the cheap door and on more than one occasion told it shouldn’t have lasted as long as it did. By comparison the Rolux door is far superior, both in quality and appearance, with very little difference in price.
With regard to service, a small issue presented itself after a couple of days. This was attended to instantly, with clear reasoning as to why and fixed within minutes.
Their whole approach has been friendly and personal giving every confidence in their ability and genuine service.
Highly recommended.

The men arrived early, and set to work straight away. Everything was done quickly, and reasonably quietly, and they left everything tidy, taking all the old stuff away. They explained how to work the new fobs for the door, and after a few initial "hiccups" and advice from someone in the office, I managed tomcat them to "obey me" ! The new door looks lovely, and I am very pleased with it. Thank you all very much.

We recently had a Rolux roller door fitted to our garage. The fitters Jack and Jamie were excellent. They got stuck into the job immediately (didn't even want a brew!). They worked nonstop even though it was a very warm day. Once fitted they cleaned everywhere up and took our old door away. We are very happy with our new door and have no hesitation in recommending Rolux.

A very good experience overall with Rolex. Shop manager showed me various types of door but wasn’t pushy at all. Having chosen the one I wanted, it was fitted efficiently and with no mess yesterday. I am very pleased with it. Friendly staff in the shop as well as the two fitters who installed it. Thank you Rolex.
