The whole process from initial contact to installation was only 3 weeks. We needed exterior fitted roller doors for the carport due to long cars and an awkward centre pillar. The surveyor worked out the logistics and the fitters did an amazing job fitting it - in a morning! We were kept informed every step of the way by the lovely chaps in the office. Thoroughly recommended!

We initially had a demonstration in the local showroom where our options for replacing the garage door were fully explained. Based on that we opted for the top of the range roller door. Thereafter the process was smooth, firstly a site survey and a date for installation agreed. Two people turned up on time and completed the work, cleaning up any mess and taking away the old door and fittings. A demo of how the door operated was given. From start to finish all the people we spoke to were polite and professional. I can confidently recommend Rolux to anyone considering replacing their garage door.

Can't fault the service provided, it was excellent from start to finish. Lewis completed the initial site visit who was very knowledgeable and understanding as the installation was at my elderly father's house and spent time explaiming all the options. The installer was fantastic, very professional and happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this family business to anyone.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly helpful and professional and the garage door is excellent. They came to do the survey when they said they would. They telephoned and kept in touch at every stage. They fitted the door quickly and efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. We particularly liked the fact that we could go into the shop to get advice and talk things over. When the door had been installed John then rang us from the shop to check we were happy with everything. We are very pleased and the garage door is excellent.

From the first time i got in touch with the company they have been excellent. It only took 2 weeks for them to come and fit my new door. The lads that came to fit my new electric door were very professional and cleaned all the mess up, also took away my old door. Highly recommend.
