Quality product, good delivery

We needed a bespoke piece of polycarbonate 2.0 x 1.4m to cover a potting area and were able to order to our precise requirements at a reasonable cost. The order was delivered ahead of schedule and was very well packaged, ensuring that the sheet was in perfect condition. The completed sheet met our specification and requirements and is now in situ providing shelter from the elements.

We needed clear PVC corrugated panels to cover part of our chicken enclosure and found them at Roofing Megastore at the best price. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was quick with full communication letting us know where are order was. I asked to be phoned before arrival and the delivery guys rang half an hour before. Great delivery team! Panels were extremely well packaged with cardboard around the corners and bubble wrap around the whole thing plus plastic outside. All perfect condition.
Please to say the roofing is up and all screwed in place with no problems.

I had placed an order with Roof Mega Store but later decided to cancel it. The cancellation process was straightforward, and I had no problems getting my refund. Customer service was helpful, and the refund was processed promptly. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would be happy to use them again in the future.Thank you

Not great. I used the online calculator to estimate the materials needed for my lean to roof, this came up with an excessive amount of un-needed expensive accessories. The order arrived in just over a week. It was well packed, but there were still a few cracks in some of the sheets, as the guys had to dig it out of the van from under a pile of sofas, tyres, and the like. After I opened the package, I realised I only had 3 of the 5 glazing bars on the order, and the massive amount of fixings were missing altogether. I spent an hour and 10 mins on hold to them, before giving up. 2 days after reporting the items as missing, I received an email, but it was not clear when the replacements would arrive. Eventually the missing parts were refunded. I found a local builder's merchant that has everything in stock and purchased the missing bits from there. Wish I'd gone down this route to start with but there we go...

After a slight hic up partly my fault for not seeing a message to confirm that I would be in to receive my goods. The order came through very quickly and goods were perfect.

Product was damaged. Had been stored on its side with something leaning on it causing a crease all the way along the sheet.

It wasn’t until we unpacked it that we saw chipped corners, not happy about that!

I had to actually contact the company to get a delivery date a week after placing my order, the date given wasn't the one it was delivered on.
The materials ordered arrived a week earlier than I was told, so had to be stored untill I started the job a week later.
Once I started my job I obviously opened the package ( which had no signs of damage) to find the first one of the three polycarbonate sheets was perfect, the remaining two were both damaged in different places.
I concluded they were packed already damaged.
I won't ever be using Roofing Mefa Store again and will ensure friends, family and other professionals will not either.

After contacting the company we received our order two day later and are very pleased with it.

My order was processed quickly and delivery was excellent.

The material estate process does not allow for off cuts it only calculates in full sheets, subsequently it grossly over estimates the quantity required. Furthermore, the delivery charges for Scotland are far higher than those for other parts of the country and should be reduced or recalculated. Delivery time scales were also excessive and required a phone call to prompt a delivery date.

Delivery was a lot longer than first stated. Sheet were cut the wrong way round! Overall I wouldn’t bother using again. Clowns!!🤡
