I was so upset to receive my bowl. It was smashed to pieces in transit. The bubble wrap was minimal I called spoke to Amy who was very understanding. The refund was processed immediately Well done... Mehr ansehen

After returning our order at the start of May (tracked delivery) and sending multiple chasers we are still waiting to receive our refund or any acknowledgment of our return. Recommend others avoid using this site.

Unfortunately had to contact customer services as received a damaged item, within hours had a reply off Grace telling me a replacement will be on its way Monday when the warehouse opens… very happy with quick response.

The process of returning a damaged frame was far more difficult than I expected. Fortunately, they did eventually collect the item and I am receiving a full refund. I'm leaving this review to highlight Amy on the customer experience team. She was polite, helpful, and got the job done despite the frustrating system. I appreciate her help, even if the overall experience was a bit exhausting.

I cannot recommend Rowen Homes highly enough!
After having a very disappointing experience with a scam furniture company, I was understandably nervous about purchasing another bed online. I decided to order from Rowen Homes, and I’m so glad I did.
My bed arrived yesterday and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is outstanding, beautifully made, solid, and exactly as described. The delivery process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
I also purchased the Mink sofa from Rowen Homes around two months ago, and the quality of that has been equally impressive. It is comfortable, stylish, and has become a real focal point in my home.
