I received a swift and helpful response from Amy, Customer Experience Representative who dealt with my query, providing great customer service

After returning our order at the start of May (tracked delivery) and sending multiple chasers we are still waiting to receive our refund or any acknowledgment of our return. Recommend others avoid using this site.

25th of June edit: Following the review response from Rowen 10 days ago we are still yet to receive a reply to our multiple emails and Rowen are still holding our £100’s despite having received our return in May. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Unfortunately had to contact customer services as received a damaged item, within hours had a reply off Grace telling me a replacement will be on its way Monday when the warehouse opens… very happy with quick response.

The process of returning a damaged frame was far more difficult than I expected. Fortunately, they did eventually collect the item and I am receiving a full refund. I'm leaving this review to highlight Amy on the customer experience team. She was polite, helpful, and got the job done despite the frustrating system. I appreciate her help, even if the overall experience was a bit exhausting.

Although my vase was damaged, after making contact to seller, it was quickly rectified with a replacement sent.

I received a damaged ornament, Jenna was brilliant she arranged a replacement and it was sent out promptly, her communication was excellent at all times and i received the replacement very quickly. Thank you Jenna for your excellent customer service.

I ordered an ornament it was beautiful but had a slight damaged mark on it Rosie helped me sort it out very quickly, no hassle on my side and sorted me out a replacement. Everything on the sight is so lovely and the customer service is 5 star couldn’t recommend any more.

I cannot recommend Rowen Homes highly enough!

After having a very disappointing experience with a scam furniture company, I was understandably nervous about purchasing another bed online. I decided to order from Rowen Homes, and I’m so glad I did.

My bed arrived yesterday and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is outstanding, beautifully made, solid, and exactly as described. The delivery process was smooth and professional from start to finish.

I also purchased the Mink sofa from Rowen Homes around two months ago, and the quality of that has been equally impressive. It is comfortable, stylish, and has become a real focal point in my home.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises. Excellent products, great quality, and reliable service. I will definitely be purchasing from Rowen Homes again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture.

Placed an order on 20th May for a Tempus large burnished gold round mirror for £299.00 plus £9.99 for shipping. After searching the internet I found the exact same mirror, same photos which Rowen Homes have with a company House of Isabella for £206.00 and free delivery. How can Rowen Homes justify selling the same item for more than £100?
I contacted Rowen Homes via email on 26th May to cancel my order as I had not received notification that it had been dispatched. I spoke to Rosie, who has been brilliant. Rosie stated that she had emailed the supplier to cancel the order and would arrange a refund. The following day I received the order without any notification from the courier DHL. I then contacted Rosie to advise of the delivery. Rosie advised that it looks like by the time she had emailed the supplier they had already dispatched my order…surely Rowen Homes receives updates from their supplier? I then however received a delayed text message from DHL a few hours later with a delivery time.
Rosie then arranged a return with DHL for the 1st June, which was collected on time. I’m still awaiting my refund as of today.

Had a lady called grace help me with a faulty item she sorted for me within 10 minutes thank you again grace!

Had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely lady named Caroline, she helped me resolving a problem i had with a wall clock i had just purchased. Unfortunately it wasn’t keeping time as it should, so she suggested a replacement or refund, i explained i loved the clock and would be happy with replacement. Caroline kindly informed me if i would donate the other clock to charity, i explained i worked in a children’s home and would donate the clock to the home. I was so took back at this kind gesture and informed Caroline i would definitely shop at Rowen again and would highly recommend this store, thank u Caroline.
