My experience today was very good.
Mike Parker assistance was excellent
My only observation was that the waiting time to actually speak to an advisor still takes a long time, over 10 minutes on hold to actually speak to an advisor. Not good!

The Royal London provides excellent customer service. I wanted to make changes to my policy, and filled the form in online. I had filled one box incorrectly, and the issue was quickly notified to me in a secure communication. I phone the number provided and Alison quickly answered and swiftly corrected my mistake. It was a pleasant experience to have great customer service.
