Carrying on from my previous post

Carrying on from my previous post, I still have not heard from the accounts department about my complaint. I have just received a bill but now wanting 1500 pounds from me. I have also calculated and we are about 400 pound different. They are now saying that I am being charged more for not having the direct debit set up. I did have one set up but when they would not give me a bill I cancelled as I didn’t want them taking a massive amount out. I did let them know all this, with me being a very new business, and I said I would set it back up when they could let me know wha I was paying. Utterly disgusting from this business. I can’t even tell you the amount of phone calls I have done to them begging for a bill so I wouldn’t become in debt, the emails I have sent in and the photos I have also sent in from the electric meter to prove what I’m using. R1115201E this is my account number.

Excellent communication

I spoke to Sheree van Rensburg and she was extremely helpful. She fixed my issue with accessing the portal, but also offered to help with changing my direct debit details, taking a meter reading and organising a smart meter to be installed. Excellent communication!

I am extremely unhappy with my recent…

I am extremely unhappy with my recent electricity bill. I was charged £1170 for a single month, despite barely using electricity during that time. This amount is completely unreasonable and does not reflect my actual usage.

I believe this charge is incorrect and possibly due to a billing error or faulty meter. I expect this to be investigated immediately, and for my bill to be corrected as soon as possible.

If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. I would strongly advise others to carefully check their bills, as this experience has been very concerning.
