Im not even a customer, calling me 5 times a day, Ive asked every time to be removed from their marketing lists, I block their number and they call from another number or they can still leave a voicemail. I have called their customer service team and they say I don't have an account with them so they can't leave any notes! she kept saying she needs to know why they are calling me?? its ridiculous! Im having to change my number as it's beyond a joke now. also when I called the customer service team (obviously somehwere else in the world not in the UK) I can hear loads of shouting and hollering and the workers in the background having inappropriate chat for an actual professional call centre? this is definitely a scam company. or at its very vest the worst energy company you could ever go with!. I wouldn't trust the good reviews on here as I bet they sit there all day in their office making them up with chatGPT

I called with a dispute regarding my bill . The confusion that Ruby had left me with was not clear and I felt there was no explanation over this , just another bill sent .
I called and spoke to Linda who kept calm with my heated concerns . He managed to explain the situation and took me through the invoices in detail until I finally understood !
I feel this is a lot of pressure on the guys that have to be on the end of a call with an irate customer , if only Ruby would communicate with the customer prior to changing any invoices .
Your company should be grateful you have a team member like Linda working for you

My 12 month business contract comes to an end shortly and I was initially contacted by Ben, who was very persistent. He quoted me £6 p/d standing charge! This would have been totally non viable for my small business. I'm aware of current fluctuations in energy costs but I felt that Ben was scaremongering and putting pressure on me.
I eventually spoke to Thabo. After much negotiation he quoted me less than £1 standing charge and a fixed contract.
I would have awarded zero stars if it wasn't for Thabo's polite and friendly manner.
