Very easy collection and drop off. Machine worked well on cream carpets. They look a lot better. The machine is better than the hand held tool so bigger rooms far easier to clean. It does take a lot of soap and refilling regularly but it’s easy enough. We will use again.

Cleaned my carpets really well without too much effort. Was a bit surprised as to how wet the carpets were even after another pass with just the vacuum.

The machine i was given must have been used before to clean up urine and wasn't washed after use. Now my rug and carpet on the stairs stink of urine. I've had to dump an expensive rug and now have to replace the carpet on my stairs. Disgusting!!

The cleaner worked excellent very pleased,.the only negative thing was that the cleaner was extremely dirty when we picked it up it took 2 hours to clean it before we could use it.

The rug doctor when I pick it up was so dirty took me 3 hours to clean it before I could use it,got pictures to how dirty it was

Good and easy to use for cleaning less cost

So this was tricky as to what stars I gave so in the end I decided on giving 3 stars for the actual cleaning. From the beginning ordering the machine online was nice and simple, payment was secure and safe, picking the machine up was simple and straight forward too and so was returning it.
Using the actual machine was hard work! Firstly it’s extremely heavy with the water in, the handle is very short and even shorter when moved down to pull the machine backwards to clean, it’s also very very loud.
I struggled pulling it back and ended up sitting on a stool to be lower to do it, filling the machine was simple but messy.
I’m used to using a new pet vax hoover type carpet shampoo machine which is so simple and much taller, I only used this one as I was doing someone else’s carpet. It cleaned very well and looked amazing to start with but then the next morning I had lines that looked cleaner than other places and patches that again looked cleaner so I’m not sure what happened there also the machine doesn’t go to the edges so unless you move the furniture you can’t get right up to it where as you can with the hoover type one, I ended up using the hand help bit to get right up to the sofa and walls. I did the stairs and settee with the hand held tube and that was so easy to use and amazing at cleaning and they all looked brilliant the next morning.
I wouldn’t hire one again for all the reasons listed above unless I was just doing the stairs and furniture again but definitely not for carpets.

very easy booking and collection. easy to use and did a good job.

All good from Start to finish, the girl i spoke to was lovely very helpful and made it easy once she explained, our carpets came up fab so no complaints ftom me

Great tool for cleaning the carpet and really easy to collect and take back

The rug doctor is a great product and cleans really well and for a great price. Overall i had great service. The only issue i had was that this time i used the delivery and collection service which is a fabulous idea. However wasn't great in practice as they missed my delivery date, so I got the rug doctor 2 days late. This meant I didn't have the weekend to clean (durimg my time off), and had to clean during the weekdays. I'm really quite exhausted right now.

Satisfactory. It would be better to have a printed instruction sheet as info on machine far too small to read and not everyone would go on You Tube helpful though it is. Also last user hadn't connected tubes back from "tool" which took a while to discover why it wouldn't work on "carpet" setting.
Otherwise easy to use and I was pleased with the end result.

The machine worked fine but the locker system is an invitation for lazy users who don't clean the machine properly before returning. We had to clean our machine thoroughly before we could use it.

Easy instructions on how to open the locker box in the video, and very easy to use the handheld device. I had an issue with the hose for the wastewater as it had come off, and repaired it myself. On calling their customer service after the cleaning was finished, the lady told me immediately that they will refund the part for the handheld rental and will report to an engineer to come and repair the item - excellent! Machine worked well and cleaned all I needed. The booking was easy as well, very straightforward.

Hiring the RugDoctor was completely worth it. The machine is so easy to refill and empty and use. Hence you can get a lot of cleaning done using this and the results are very good. Will definitely use again in the future.

It is the 2nd time I have hired the rug doctor and was just as pleased as the 1st time, it gets everything off and makes the carpet clean and fresh as the day you bought it, I had 2 really bad stains that I knew would not come off, I had to go over them twice but rug doctor got it off, it's a marvellous machine and so cheap for what it does, recommend it to anyone.

Great service

Great service very impressed would definitely recommend 👌

When I arrived to collect the machine and handheld attachment that I paid an extra fiver for that simply wasn't there. Quick phone call made and problem sorted. Got home used the machine and it dis about as good as job as a machine that costs a tenner to buy let alone rent. Shocking would love.my money back lol
