All went very easily. And the machine sucks up the dirt!

Fantastic service, and brilliant item!

Easy to collect cleaned carpet really well

Had a problem with delivery and their response was amazing. That’s a good company when things go wrong how they deal with them. Well done rug doctor.

Great product, great price done the job and more

Easy, quick process. Would recommend to others.

The mechanism where you book , pick up and return is super easy so I really liked that. Price was very reasonable as well. The carpet cleaner works well and is easy to use ( although heavy). Thr only criticism I have is that they obviously rely on the customer to clean the machine so it's the luck of the draw!

The booking process was easy by phone and the assistant was very helpful, especially when I had to call back to alter my booking date. Everything went smoothly. The only hiccup was that the machine I hired had a rubber switch cover that kept falling off as I was using it. (I reported this after I returned the machine.) Also it wasn't made quite clear enough on the leaflet that you really do need to hire the additional hand tool to clean stairs- it isn't just for upholstery. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others.

Easy to follow collection instructions
Easy to book Easy to pay

It really made a difference, pleased with the results.

Easy to arrange pick up & drop off.

Glad I opted for the hand tool as the machine is awkward to use in tight areas. Overall the machine did what it was intended.

I received a damaged device. I reached out to them via chat, but no one responded to address my complaint. I am very disappointed by the way you treat your customers; I paid for a 48-hour service, yet I haven’t been able to use it at all. I am now forced to obtain the device from elsewhere.

Efficient booking and collection.
Rug Doctor was brilliant for cleaning our sofas

Got the very bad stains out of our carpets and out of the pool table too! Saved us from having to replace 2 carpets and getting a pool table re-covered

Very efficient cleaned carpets very well good for money.

Bit too expensive I think, but still cheaper than everyone else.

The RugDoctor was really easy to hire really good price.I used the heavy duty spray first on the walkway that was soiled the most and after cleaning with the machine it has cleaned up brilliantly as it is a cream carpet. Also done the hall and stairs with the tools and it has cleaned really well.

The cleaner itself did a great job but after we’d just collected it we found that it was filthy dirty underneath it, literally trailing leaves, dirt, lots of black mucky grimey fluff from I’m guessing the previous user….so 10 minutes had to be spent cleaning it before we put it on our carpets as we thought it would make them dirtier from the remnants stuck to it.
Eventually brought the carpets up lovely though, we cleaned it afterwards, we would definitely hire a unit again but hope the next time we collect one it’s not in the state ours was when we first collected it.

Found the machine quite cumbersome, awkward and ultimately tiring, though I have no issue with it's effective carpet cleaning.
