Found the machine quite cumbersome
Found the machine quite cumbersome, awkward and ultimately tiring, though I have no issue with it's effective carpet cleaning.

Does the job well but always check under the machine before taking it home as not everyone cleans them before they return …
I have hired a rug doctor many times now. They do a great job. The only thing I find frustrating is that there are not clear instructions for cleaning underneath the machine before it is returned. If I remember to check the machine before I leave the store I can normally hire a replacement with just a quick call to rug dr, however sometimes I forget and about 4/10 times hiring I’ve got home and realise the machine is filthy underneath so have to clean
It before I can use it. Please Rug Dr will you print clear instructions that include washing underneath the machine so people do properly clean it. As it stands the current cleaning instructions just mention the filter and tank. It’s one thing cleaning it after doing your own carpets, that’s bad enough but having to clean underneath a machine from someone else’s house makes you want to vomit.

Happy with the results
Easy to book and collect. Use requires some effort on the part of the user, but the instructions are clear. Very effective at cleaning the grubby carpets. Have used a number of times now, and always been happy with the results.
