Haastava reklamaatio
Tuotteen toimitus kesti arvioitua kauemmin, tuote oli vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, reklamaatio oli vaikeaa ja kohtuullista hyvitystä oli haastavaa saada. Palvelu oli kuitenkin ihan ystävällistä, kiitos siitä .

Tyylikkäät pöytätabketit sujuvasti toimitettuna
Halusimme ruokapöytäämme (jossa Artekin mustalla satulavyöllä verhoillut tuolit) mustat pöytätabletit- siitä huolimatta, että tiesimme värin olevan haastava: Mustassahan näkyy kaikki tahrat.
Kokeilimme ensin kankaisia tabletteja. Ei hyvä.
Piti pestä ja myös silittää usein.
Muovisia emme halunneet.
Rum21 mustat nahkaiset tabletit ovat olleet meille hyvä ratkaisu.
Ne on helppo puhdistaa pyyhkimällä. Ne ovat myös sopivan jämäkät, joten pysyvät suorina.
Tilaaminen oli helppoa ja toimitus tuli nopeasti.
Hoito-ohjeet (ml. mahdollinen suositus pintakäsittelyn uusimisesta tarvittaessa jollain nahanhoitoaineella) olisi ollut tervetullut lisä.

Nahkainen esiliina
Tuote saapui yllättävän nopeasti. Harmillista ettei laatu ja hinta kohtaa vaikka nahkainen esiliina oli alennuksessa. Lahjaksi tilasin. Huolisen itsellekin mutta halvempaan hintaan.

Toimitus viivästyi mutta lasku tuli heti. Luvattu maksuaika jäi kovin lyhyeksi.
Toivoisin, että viestittely toimisi myös suomeksi.

When you place an order through the website, we have a handling time in the warehouse that is 1-4 business days and then it is sent on with the shipping company.
The shipping company then has a delivery time of 3-5 business days.
The invoice from Walley will be sent to you through email when the order is ready packed from us.
Walley then has a payment period of 14 days.
