I sent an email looking for an item that I could find nowhere else about my awning. I received a quick response with more questions and guidance. My request was sent to the parts department and they found exactly what I was looking for. There was even a follow up afterhours letting me know the status of their research. The next day, I received an email with the two parts that I needed and specific instructions on how to order, along with installation PDF's. Taylor and the Parts Team were amazing. So many times, emails sent through a website go unnoticed. Carefree was on it from the start. I received my items within 4 days of ordering even though the site stated it could be "2-5 weeks". They were very responsive and overly helpful. Definitely recommend!

Received an email that the parts were shipped but there was no tracking data. i have no idea where the package is. It may have been delivered to my residence but i won't be home from this RV trip for 10 days yet. Please advise status of the shipment.

Website is very easy to navigate and find correct part for my specific awning (compass awning leveling arm).
It took less than 5 minutes to find & order. Really liked the diagrams of each part & ability to drill down and ensure it was correct item. Received part very quickly and now RV is all repaired.
