Excellent help with ordering the correct parts for my travel trailer. I needed some parts for my awning but I wasn't sure what kind of awning we had. They asked me to email a picture of my RV and then they were able to identify the correct parts I needed and then told us how and where to order the parts. I just can't thank them enough.

Taylor was very helpful. Quality control could use some work. Awning had been sewn improperly, stitches removed and resewn leaving pinholes that leak.
