I don't think timing is properly measured in the sections that mention alcohol and drugs. Some of those make you stay for over 20 minutes up until 40 when you can read and do the small assessment in l... Mehr ansehen

We're glad to hear you found the course easy and overall had a great experience! As for the DMV reporting delay—our system attempted to process your completion, but the NYS DMV flagged it due to a mismatch in the date of birth. We did try calling to get the corrected information but couldn’t reach you. We'll be following up with an email right now and another call tomorrow morning to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks again for taking the course with Safe Drivers Academy!

It was fast and easy I love that fact it makes sure your still there like a security question but one thing they got to fix is the timing it asks if you’re still there or leave out the test and questions I think for some questions it takes more time to read them it would of been better if it read it to you that way you can put headphones on and do the test I loved it super fast

The perfect course
The course was fantastic. It was very quick and easy to understand. It took me one day to complete. Jot down a few crib notes and aced all the tests. By the way they were very simple. Tests were quick, although there is lots of reading.......good luck

Got the job done 👍
Got the job done. Somehow didn't have my last name on file, which caused my certificate to not be sent to the DMV for a while.

Thank you, Ryan! We're glad the course got the job done, and we appreciate you pointing out the issue with the missing last name. It looks like this happened due to using the Google social login, which didn’t include your full name on your Google account. Thanks to your feedback, we’ll be adding checks to prompt students to complete any missing info to help avoid delays in reporting to the DMV. We appreciate you taking the course with Safe Drivers Academy! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!

Course was a good refresher and also learning of the laws that have changed over the 30yrs. since taking a written exam. I did not care for the time I had to waste waiting for the timer before being able to proceed to the next section.
