I don't think timing is properly measured in the sections that mention alcohol and drugs. Some of those make you stay for over 20 minutes up until 40 when you can read and do the small assessment in l... Mehr ansehen

Thank you, PL, for your 4-star review! We're glad to hear you found the course informative and user-friendly, and that it was a great way to complete your course. If there’s anything we could’ve done to make your experience a 5-star one, we’d love to hear your suggestions. Thanks again for your feedback!
Overall excellent
Only 4 stars because even keeping up with the timed sections, it was closer to 6 hours to complete. That being said, NO CRASHES, ease of access and this was very straightforward. I really appreciate not having to sit in with a class of teenagers for the day, and being able to work on this whenever was helpful (I finished at 11:30 p.m.).

Thank you for your thoughtful 4-star review! We’re glad to hear the course was smooth, accessible, and easy to follow—especially without any crashes. We totally understand how valuable that flexibility can be, especially compared to sitting through a full day in a classroom. We appreciate your note about the timing running a bit long. NYS DMV requires that students are served a minimum of 5 hours of course content, not including the time it takes you to complete your quizzes. Thanks again for the honest feedback, and we’re glad you found the experience mostly positive!
Awesome

Allotted times - wrong.
Some of the later sections, missed timing. I would finish some with 30 % under. Other sections I overran on time. You might want to consider tracking completion times to adjust.

Thank you for your review, Tyrese! We're glad to hear that the audio feature made it easier for you to multitask. We understand how frustrating it must have been to restart due to security issues—those measures are required to meet compliance standards, but we know they can be a hassle at times. We’ll review this to see if there’s any way to improve the process while still meeting regulations. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn that fifth star, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks again for your feedback!
