What made my experience great was that I was able to go at my own pace.
What made my experience great was that I did not have to rush, and if I did not complete the course in 1 day, I had an additional 29 days to complete. Also the reading materials were easy to understand.

Inappropriate Timing per Section
I don't think timing is properly measured in the sections that mention alcohol and drugs. Some of those make you stay for over 20 minutes up until 40 when you can read and do the small assessment in less than 15. I understand the importance and emphasis on these sections especially because of teenage ans young adult drivers but I think you guys could improve that some other way rather than extending the timer.

Thanks for this feedback, we greatly appreciate it. I've passed this on to our curriculum team to take a look. NYS DMV requires providers have at least 120 minutes of Drug and Alcohol education, so that is why the timers are that long. However, it sounds like we need to add more content so faster readers like yourself aren't having to wait around and watch a timer. In any case, thank you again for the feedback and the 4-star review. Aside from the timer issue, we hope you had a good experience!

Thanks so much for the 5-start review! Our writers worked hard to make the course easy to understood, while also conveying complicated subject material. I know it doesn't affect you since you're already done, but we're currently awaiting approval from NYS DMV to offer translations of our course. Thanks again, safe travels!

It was Good Course but time consuming
It was good Only thing I don't like is your not able to keep moving through the sections if you get done early. You have to sit and wait for the next one to Unlock and that bothered me and was a waste of my Time.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review! We completely understand your feelings on the timers. Unfortunately, the NYS DMV mandates that providers enforce students to spend a specific amount of time in the course. We will look at adding more content so hopefully no one has to wait for a timer. Again, thank you for the review and the valuable feedback!
