This is such a great company. They are so caring and helpful. My orders go through Memphis and there have been a couple of weather delays. The customer service team lets me know of the delay and what to do when the shipment arrives. And I think they are just as sad when one doesn’t make it. Very good company.

I love ordering from this place lots of fish and coral to choose from and shipping is very good I must say I only give 4 stars because as we all know no one is perfect but still a awesome place. Carri M

Fish are in good health there pretty if you have a problem they answer you fast and you get a credit if one dies in 15 days so I like them

I am in the process of stocking my 120 gallon reef. Everything with two exceptions (which died) has come from Saltwaterfish.com.. Corals and especially fish have been very healthy on arrival with no loss. I can not say the same for the very few "brick and mortar" stores available to me in my area. I have been a saltwater fish.com customer For about 6 months.. I have Placed Several orders and every time that I need assistance placing an order the staff is most generous and assisting me in those efforts to complete my orders the product that I receive from salt water fish.com is excellent . I typically purchase several frags of the same coral family in order to build an established colony. II feel that the Pricing is most fair and once again the staff is especially kind and assisting with orders. I will continue to Utilize saltwater fish.com as my number one source of salt water fish corals and inverts.

Received shipment packed with ice packs. Temps in the shipping bags 52-54 degrees. Mandarin goby & spiny urchin DOA. Mushroom turned inside out, toadstool leather iffy. Feather dusters appear to be ok, but time will tell. You would think they’d know how to do this by now…..Never again will I order marine livestock on-line.

Easy website, but many fish sales or prices did not represent fish available.

I have spent a lot of money from this website and has mixed results. Some fish survived and some didn't. I would say 40% of the fish that I have bought have survived. They did honor their guarantee with store credit which I can appreciate, but the last order they sent me a Coral beauty angelfish that had a visible bacterial infection on its right eye that spread to the rest of its body, eventually killing the fish. Unfortunately for me, it was 2 days passed the guarantee period when it died. I attempted to treat the fish in my quarantine tank with antibiotics with no success. After that incident, I began to question their business practices. Why send a fish with a visible infection?

Ordering and checkout was super easy. I got several updates to the status of my order during the process after placed it. My two lettuce nudibranches came in a very well packed/safe shipping box. Both were in very good condition and after acclimation took right to the aquarium. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
