We gave this company two tries and will no longer order from them again. In our first shipment we received a dead item that we purchased as a sale price. They wouldn't send a replacement, they refunded the money. We also want to mention compared to other companies their packaging was not impressive what so ever. Then next day we lost a fish. They gave us a credit. So we gave them another shot with ordering the SAME size fish and paid the same amount of money because this time we had to pay for shipping. At this point we could not order the item that came in dead since it was now "Out of stock" - of course! So we got our replacement fish - it is much smaller, pale, it hasn't wanted to eat, not very active and its NOT nearly as awesome as the fish we first ordered. So after spending more money than we wanted and getting a terrible replacement we will no longer oder from this company. We have since ordered from another company and received healthy items that were packaged much better. Never again Saltwaterfish.

Fish again are not comming on time and will most likely be dead they are 3 days late

I placed an order for several saltwater fish that need specific attention to quarantine and acclimation. 1 out of the Damsels is DOA. Sent a pic asap. They ask me to go to the website fill out a form then the form doesn’t work properly, etc etc…

I was skeptical about buying a live fish online, the order was fulfilled and shipped overnight within hours, to no fault of saltwaterfish.com, Fedex delayed the shipment, when I reached out to see if this was okay, the representative said they will contact Fedex and ensure it will arrive the next day at no charge to me. Sure enough, the next morning my fish arrived alive and well! The packaging was done with extreme care and the Mandarins were just as I ordered on the site. I will for sure use them again and would recommend them to anyone else in the hobby!
