My god...this place is the WORST!!!
My god...this place is the WORST!!!! I ordered $400 worth of stuff from them to get their incentives and twice they sent me DEAD fish (Naso Tang) as the "bonus" for spending more money on their website. All they did was refund the $25 they charged for a $118 fish that was the incentive to spend another $200 on their site...when what they SHOULD have done was send me another LIVE Naso Tang!!! Not only that, but I received a frag for every coral I ordered that was supposed to be a full size coral (no mention of a frag). They also sent me a frag of a Favites coral that looked IDENTICAL to the Favites they sent me, but claimed it was a Red/Orange Acan (which looks NOTHING like a Favites). I also believe they PAINT these corals with fluorescent paint because the fluorescence started falling off after a few days (in perfectly balanced water). STAY AWAY!!!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!

Mr. Mauro placed an order 8/22/2022. It was shipped and delivered as scheduled on 8/23/22. Mr. Mauro reported that one coral was missing (Duncanopsammia) and that a coral they did not order (“Green Whiskers”) was included. We asked for and received photos from Mr. Mauro and upon review Mr. Mauro did receive the Duncanopsammia he ordered. Green Whiskers is a common named used for this species and was identified as such on the bag.
Our customer also reported that another coral (the Acanthastrea) was incorrect. Again, via photo confirmation, our customer service manager confirmed it was the correct species, but also proactively advised Mr. Mauro that the coral did not look well as the tissue was not expanding as it should upon recovery from shipping and acclimation.
Mr. Mauro then placed a new order on 8/24 that included a promotional $25 Naso Tang. Unfortunately, it was DOA (dead on arrival). Although we do not offer guarantees for promotional marine life; we did offer Mr.Mauro a free replacement in the interest of customer service. Guarantee coverage information is stated on our website as well as in our promotional emails. We did ship a replacement, as a courtesy, and included another Acanthastrea, as a courtesy, since our customer insisted that they received the incorrect species.
Unfortunately, the replacement Naso Tang arrived DOA again. Mr. Mauro then demanded another replacement to be sent or an equivalent fish be sent. He also stated all of the animals he had received to date were too small. Mr. Mauro also claimed that we, in his own words, “paint these corals with fluorescent paint”. As any aquarist knows, this is impossible to do since the fleshy surface would immediately die. Mr. Mauro was simply seeing a normal healthy vibrant coral.

ALMOST too easy!
The web site makes it very easy to purchase Saltwater Fish, and very easy to spend your money….lol. The sizes seem to be very accurate. Also, I like the shipping experience where you have the option of FedEx holding your package at the hub for pick up. Saves your creature from bouncing around on the delivery truck for hours. My hub is 2.5 miles from my home and I actually pick up on my way home from work……I work 7pm to 7am.

I am very impressed by the customer service here. My very first order I saw the fish I'd been wanting, a midas blenny, on sale for $35! However before I could complete my order the price had changed to the normal $79 price in the cart. It was a "super special" price and it has apparently just expired. Mary from their CS chat quickly offered to get the special price reinstated so I could process my original order. A+ so far!
