Fed Ex delayed my shipment and I called customer service and said they would reship them the next time that I would be home. I hate it that Fed Ex killed my fish and my clean up crew. But when I contacted Saltwater Fish. Customer service people that I spoke with were excellent and and very caring. they have impeccable service. They will not disappoint you, but Fed Ex will.

I have received good customer service and communication. Their packaging and shipping procedures seems to be processed with care, accuracy, and are timely.

Best saltwater service I've ever experienced. Looking forward to buying many more fish and corals in the near future.

I have to admit I am a skeptic about mail order marine life but decided to give saltwaterfish,com a chance. I have made several orders from them now and have been pleased with all the fish and inverts that I have received. I will say that I have had a problem with an order and they responded promptly and sent a replacement the next day which was fine upon arrival. I do suggest using the priority or pick up option to reduce the stress on fish.

If you've been in this hobby for a while, you understand there will be a few DOAs and DAAs. SWF has been great on the rare occasion it happens. No major fuss, store credit, and the credit doesn't appear to expire (hate that).
Today I submitted an order early morning. Several hours later I noticed there was a special I missed, so I contacted them to request the bonus I asked for be switched - even after the special expired. No issues at all, so amazing customer service is what I have come to expect.
I will still purchase from my LFS as it's important to support our local brick & mortars, but as far as online retailers go - SWF is top notch.

Just received my order today. Everything was carefully packaged. Everything looks healthy and happy. Fish started to eat right away and the crocea clam opened right away. Will see how things move along.

I was very apprehensive about ordering fish online. I ordered two clowns, a starfish, two fighting conchs, a coral frag, a clam and an urchin. All arrived alive and in good condition. The customer service was very patient with me explaining my bill for it was a bit confusing. I would order again but they are located two and a half hours from my house by car. If I can pick up my purchase, no problem. My order was flew to Indianapolis to L.A. and then to Tampa. It still was over night shipping but still not secure when I saw the route Fed Ex took

My order came super quick and everyone but one hermit crab came perfectly happy!
It appeared the 1 hermit crab may have not been in the shell when they bagged it for my order. Nothing that a quick claim didn't fix. I showed them the photos of the empty shell and within minutes I got the refund of the one hermit crab. Otherwise, flawless experience! Everyone else came happy and healthy. Thank you!
