After my connection dipped, an order that I placed did not go through successfully; however the funds were deducted from our bank account!!

In a panic, I got a hold of Anne via the chat feature, who assisted me & had the entire issue resolved under 15 minutes. She located the failed order & cancelled it - and the funds were returned to our account immediately.

I was advised to first register a customer account and then to replace the order, which I am more than happy to do as I know that there's help available should something go amiss. =)

Effortless purchase and excellent support!
This was my first purchase on SaveOnIT. I was nervous at first, but Mustafa put my mind at ease. I received the download code within 15 minutes, and 20 minutes later, I'm working on the program!

Seems ok, Was just annoyed that I order a Standard version and got Profesional version, I know some would be happy but I want what I order not something ells, it's like ordering a BMW and getting a Mercedes, Some do prefer the one over the other. The Technician Joe was very helpful and tried to assist to the best of his ability

Spoke to both Joe and Mustafa on the chat on two separate occasions. They were both very efficient and helpful and resolved the issue for me very quickly.
