Had some challenges with Windows product activation after having to do some reinstalls. The technician worked to get all of the activation issues resolved.

Thanks for the support!!

My technical support agent Joe at SaveOnIT was fantastic and very helpful. He answered several calls from me in a very pleasant manner and was very patient with me. He was able to download my software.

I bought the software from this company because I didn't want to renew every year and it was the best decision. I ran into a license conflict and Ed helped resolve it remotely. I didn't have to do anything just sit back and watch. I would recommend to anyone. The tech support is great.

Looks Good. Great help. Thanks for helping with the install. Very happy with service!

Hi there. Joe helped me today. Was having trouble with the MS dowload link, and so Joe remoted-in to my machine and called an audible from scrimmage. Using PCloud, he downloaded the product I bought manually. Then he installed the activation key and I saw on the screen that the product is properly activated.

Terrific job.
Thanks
