My family has been in business for over…
My family has been in business for over 95 years and throughout my entire lifetime and dealing with any financial organization, I had by far the most positive experience of my life in career with SBLI last week. Kenya Clark assisted me above and beyond my expectations and was extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate to assist me, particularly given the recent loss of my uncle. I completed an online application
I completed an online application. First rep called me and asked all the same questions, she had no access to my online app. 2nd rep called me, asked all the same questions again. Both reps were professional and nice, the frustration was not with them but the very annoying process of spending a lot of time answering questions I answered already 3 times. Also, I work all day so getting a ton of follow up calls daily is not helpful. I called back when I was free. I almost gave up and terminated the application at one point out of frustration. Also no one had access to my account showing I am already a solid customer.

We were quoted one amount for $250k…
We were quoted one amount for $250k coverage but then charged a higher annual premium for the same $250 coverage.
Why should we be charged extra because SBLI made a mistake. Honor what you quote.
Additionally, I called to speak with someone about the discrepancy and never received a call back.
