Item took along time to arrive over three weeks! I thought it was a uk company not coming from China. If I had know this I would possibly have given better score but I went on holiday after two weeks so item was recieve d by my daughter so I still havent seen it . Her comment was its very small.

I ordered from this company,
They say they delivered my package but it never came. I have explained to them but they don’t want to hear. All they tell me is that the package was delivered. They don’t want to hear anything else.
I wonder how they can have all these good reviews, but they are a scam. They take the money and no packages come. What a shame. They have refused to refund my money.
I ordered the products on 4th August and they say say that they delivered on 12th August.

Not a UK based company - Avoid
Not sure why this company has such good reviews? I checked Trustpilot before ordering from them and as they were overwhelmingly good, went ahead and purchased some jeans. I then received tracking info from them which showed my parcel bouncing around numerous US states. I purchased from what I thought was a UK based company but the UK in the name and website address is completely misleading. When I queried this with the company I got a nonsensical reply the gist of which was the item was sent from the closest warehouse to me! I asked when I was likely to receive my order and if it hadn’t left the US by now, I wanted to cancel it. I’ve subsequently had another weirdly worded response from them telling me it has shipped (hmm?) but either way no estimated date of delivery. If my order ever actually arrives I will be very surprised as this has got scam written all over it.
Postscript: I’ve been in touch with their Customer Service numerous times, the parcel has still not left the US, there’s no estimated delivery date and I’ve been told to be ‘patient’. My advice stands - don’t buy from this company.
