Two bras ordered medium size. One is so small it wouldn’t fit a 12 year old!! I will be writing to them and send pictures. It’s a great shame because they take a long time to arrive. I like the stretchy material and they are comfortable to wear.

Seen these gift card books on f/b. Clicked into the ad. Thought the books were a great idea for grown up children. I ordered the books in bundles (as they were discounted in bundles). I was delighted to see I could pay with PayPal. Took less than two weeks to arrive. I was emailed every step of the way ,from ordering to shipments to delivery. Books were good quality. Have recommended to friends.

Absolutely shocking company….
Absolutely shocking company….. paid by Apple Pay and was charged more than what said online. When I emailed straight after I’d placed the order to cancel it ( as realised wouldn’t come in time) they came back to me to say too late couldn’t cancel would need to wait until I receive the goods.
I’d not even had a confirmation email and the goods had not been dispatched!
Shocking customer service!

Was desperate for these to arrive. First one I got into a terrible pickle and I had to throw it away because it all stuck to itself and I couldn’t apply it.
Second one I was more careful with and I applied it successfully. Very pleased with the result. Knee much more comfortable and secure. Do you do anything similar for ankles?

Cost almost doubled!
I bought five items for £17.50. Tax was then added. Insurance was then added. It totalled an unexpected £30. Didn't need to pay tax or insurance. An extra £2 or £3 for postage would have been reasonable, but £30 is excessive profiteering.
After their reply I contacted them and I was refunded the excess charges. I no longer have a problem. All I will say is to be cautious checking the sum total before clicking to buy.
