However, we have searched all the buyers and sellers we've had a deal with so far, and there are no clients by the names of Yokimo and Remando among them.
On the other hand, at the same time as this review, we have received an email from one of our clients regarding the exact concern (leaking personal data), whose name will not be disclosed due to our privacy policies.
The issue has been investigated and turned out to be a mere misunderstanding, so we have explained the situation to our client and received their understanding and full support.
In order to prevent similar concerns, we would like to provide a public clarification:
Once accounts get delivered, due to IP changes, they might bounce back to their former linked email addresses (LEA). So to ensure the safety of the transactions, we use an auto-forward system which automatically sends new emails (from the previous LEA) to the new owner of the account.
Therefore, buyers might receive emails related to anything connected to the previous email address, and those emails clearly state that "this message was sent to * * * * @ * * *.com."
To sum up, there is absolutely nothing to worry about because all personal information is highly confidential.
As an Escrow service, we need to guarantee the security of transactions for both parties; that's why we apply the procedure mentioned above to every single transfer.
