Thanks for using Scrowise service to sell your Instagram account.
During the takeover session, we had clearly stated that once the email address was taken over, you would no longer have access to it, yet once the deal had been closed and the payment had been made, you asked for the same email address.
For security reasons, we couldn't provide the email address back, but we were willing to cooperate and set up auto-forwarding for the emails that aren't related to this deal; still, you have yet to get back to us.
If you are still interested, please reply to our latest email, and we will help you however we can.
