Katherine has been incredibly helpful throughout my Exchange Point investment journey. One thing that always stood out was how she helped me with the service charge and ground rent payments—things that can easily get confusing, especially from abroad. We had a great experience buying an off plan property with the help of the lovely Jess from Select. She was extremely helpful, responding to calls and the many many questions we had with us being first time buyers. She even responded outside of working hours and whilst on holiday.

Jess was very knowledgeable and able to quickly find the answer to things if it fell outside of her scope. She helped us identify the right apartment to suit us and arranged for us to meet with her colleagues Imogen and Charlie in the sleek Birmingham office. They were incredibly helpful and able to show us models, materials and even use a VR headset to visualise what the end result would be like.
