Despite multiple requests for them to remove me, still getting constant unsolicited spam from Select property, I never asked for, signed up for filled in any forms to received emails from them. This clearly shows that they are bulk buying unverified e-mail addresses and they think that its OK for them to bombard personal e-mail addresses. Don't think they have heard of GDPR....

I have used select property for 20 years and Iv lived in 3 properties and I always leave the property immaculate and I have always had my deposits back promptly. Have a property in Newcastle and achieved promised 7% returns for 5 years.
Now down to 5% with little likelihood of going back to 7%.
Problems with cladding which is not being resolved.
They may seem professional but I believe the inflated price I paid resulted in 7% returns.
I now want to sell and see little opportunity of getting my investment back.
Great at selling and offering future returns which cannot be achieved.

I have been investing with Select Property since 2015 and made my last investment as recently as last year. Despite the disruption of the pandemic across all investment classes, the long-term view with Select is positive. The focus on high standard developments has been key for me when developing my property investment portfolio.

The quality of staff at Select Property has always eased communication and resolution of queries. Legal documentation, payments and rental returns are always managed clearly and effectively. As a non-resident, the completely hands-off service provided has allowed me to enjoy a hassle-free investment with minimal time and effort required.

Select Property are professional, friendly and gave me genuine advice. I wasn’t guided to the most expensive property or development that I'd indicated I could potentially afford, but rather the one which ticked the right boxes and met my investment objectives.

When my property in Elizabeth Tower completed, I was super impressed. It has the feel of a top five-star hotel and the fit and finish is of excellent quality. My apartment rented out in just 7 weeks from completion.

The end-to-end investment process was easy to navigate, with staggered payments and affordable solicitor support through exchange and completion, via a firm recommended by Select.

Recently attended investors seminar in Manchester and viewed Affinity Living Riverview, Riverside (where I have a 2 bed) and Embankment West. This was the first time I had seen my investment in the 'flesh' as it were. Having put my initial deposit down in late 2016. The event was professionaly handled and thorough but I still had concerns over the value of my investment with them so it was good to meet.
With the first 2 year 6% return guarantee now expired my return is based on rental achievable less management costs (which are reasonable), and the service charges which are high.
Having spoken at length with Charlie since the seminar I am still a little disappointed at the net rental received by me each quarter and the sales value he currently places on the flat. However I was encouraged by Charlie's optimism, based on his knowledge of the Manchester market, that we would see growth in both areas (rental and property value) over the next 4 years and a real difference moving on from there.
I now accept that this purchase must be considered as a long term investment as opposed to the 'quick flip' which I had originally intended it to be.
I look forward to seeing the projected 19.3% cumulative sales price growth through 2023 into 2027 and 20.6% cumulative rental growth over the same period.
This is definitely an investment for those who are happy to sit and bide their time

Do not go near this Company unless you want to say goodbye to your capital. The only people who make money are them. Your capital is at risk is often said when investing. It will be with this Company. Don’t be fooled by the lovely website & reviews. To be fair, you can make a return on your investment through rent. But this will be negated by the losses that you’ll almost certainly get on selling. You have zero rights, zero input & to reach the NET % income rates you will need to just get your money back will be almost impossible. I would lose £18k on a single investment. If you are in for several units then all I can say is ‘best of luck’.

I have been trying to extract a reponse from the Investrors Relations, including the director of investor relations team, for 3 minths now about my investment in a student accomodation ( Th1101) where the compnay has stopped payment rental returns. The non payment started in Jan 2022, earlier there were airy fairy responses but for the past 3 months - silence ! What is going on here????

I currently have 2 student investment properties with Select in York and Southampton and had 2 others in Manchester First St and Bristol which I have now sold.
They are a thoroughly professional outfit and I have been a client now for some 7/8 years with absolutely no complaints.

I received excellent service from Select Property Group in the UAE, namely from Chloe Hilton & her experienced team based in Ras al Khaimah. They walked me thru the acquisition process, promptly answered all my questions and swiftly processed all the associated paperwork and last, but not least - went over & above in their efforts to assist me with all the logistics connected with furnishing and move-in.
They are present on-site and are able to support property owners at Pacific even afterwards assisting with rentals etc. which is very important for non-resident property owners.
