After finding a timeshare that we wanted, I reached out to SMTN & ultimately purchased it through SMTN from the seller with no issues. They explained how the process worked, what all the costs would be & how long the process should take. I was kept up to date as to the progress, & any emails I sent with questions were answered promptly.

I would highly recommend. I was skeptical at first, but after having my timeshare sit for years and not do anything aside me paying the annoying yearly maintenance fee, I decided to just trust and bite the bullet. Within the first month, I had an offer, but because I saw how competitive it was, I knew I might not win the sell. So I decided to drop my price under 10k and 6 months later, it was sold. So it definitely works! Highly recommend the platform.

Incredible waste of time. I have had my decease parents time share on the market for two years now, paid SMTS $1300 up front for costs to get it sold. Have lowered the asking price from $11,000 to $1000 and have had zero success with them. I think their company is nothing but a scam...............

It's a positive experience working with Sell My Timeshare Now. The Maintenance Fee Protection Program reimbursement check arrived quickly. They maintain good communication via email, and there is always someone to respond to my questions in a timely manner. I appreciate the way they follow up, making sure we are satisfied with the process.

I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company. I've paid thousands of dollars and have held my listing on their site for 2.5 years. In all that time, I've made nearly a dozen price reductions--far below THEIR (sales expert) recommended price--and received only one (1) unsubstantiated reply to listings. DO NOT WASTE your money!

I would put a 0 star if I could. I paid around $3000 to sell my timeshare and they never sold it. It's already 5 years. And they never even put it on their system. Looks like they are stealing money from people. This is a warning to you. Do not deal with these liars and thieves! They just steal money from poor people. They never gave me back my money

Over the years, I have received many calls and emails from various companies to sell my timeshare. I am writing the review because I truly had a good experience this time and wanted to share with all of you who are interested in selling your timeshare.

Last year, I received an email from Sell My Timeshare Now company. I was skeptical but I agreed to speak with him. The lead representative explained very patiently the offer and the process of selling it remotely. I was sent the paperwork for review, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I was convinced that this was a legitimate offer. I started the process and within three months, I received the check with the agreed selling price at a zero cost to me as a seller.

I was very pleased with this transaction and their support throughout the process.

I had been looking to purchase a timeshare at Regal Vistas in Massanutten Resort for some time. I own another timeshare in fall there and I wanted one that would accommodate me and my two sons and their families during the summer, especially when the water park is open. So when I saw an offering at this service, I approached it with some apprehension, expecting pushy sales folks and such. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it to complete the purchase. All of it was online and documents exchanged through DocuSign. The process took a couple of months, but I was in no rush and given the rules around real estate, it was handled well and I received the deed as expected in early February after starting around Christmas. They kept me well informed throughout and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a timeshare in the open market.

They use deceptive practices to earn your business. When I was thinking about signing up they mentioned it was likely to sell in 6 months and it's been a year. Every time I call for an update all they recommend is for me to drop the price. They don't market or do much else but list it on their website and the won't give you your money back.

Een jaar geleden mijn timeshare aangeboden via SMTN. Er werd toen gezegd dat de prijs realistisch was en dat verkoop binnen afzienbare tijd zou plaatsvinden. Nu, een jaar later, is de vraagprijs al met 50% gedaald, en zelfs dat lijkt niet genoeg. Nog geen enkele reactie ontvangen van geïnteresseerden.

De service is werkelijk schandalig. Geen enkel advies, communicatie is traag of ontbreekt volledig, klachten worden simpelweg genegeerd. Er wordt nergens op gereageerd, geen uitleg, geen opvolging. Ondertussen gebeurt er niets.

Er is bovendien flink betaald voor zogenaamde “maintenance protection”, wat achteraf volledig waardeloos blijkt. Het voelt alsof ik ben opgelicht. Afgezet en compleet aan mijn lot overgelaten.

Zeer teleurgesteld en boos. Wil gewoon mijn timeshare verkopen, maar heb geen idee meer hoe SMTN überhaupt in beweging te krijgen is.

I would highly recommend SMTSN. They keep you informed through the whole process of your sale. Very friendly. This was my first experience with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
