Excellent customer service. Everybody seemed to know what they were doing. Good contact info with the email letting us know when the shipping happened. And a 10% applied coupon at the end where they didn't have to was a great touch.

Nice product
Nice product. Good documentation and instructions. Nice controls. Nice features.
Recommend you revisit the tubing and connections you use for both the bottom pan drain on the condenser unit and the condensate drain on the Hidden Duct system. The bottom-pan drain tube connection leaks all over the patio. Should be redesigned. The pumped condensate connection is flimsy and blows right off when it pumps, leaking water all over the place. The tubing is very flexible but I would not trust any connections. Too easy to come apart and leak.

This heat pump is so efficient and quiet!
This heat pump works incredibly well, im so happy with this. It used to take 4 or 5 hrs to cool off the upstairs, but now takes 20 minutes! So efficient and quiet! The customer service was excellent too, I had questions and used their chatbot, and next day someone called me to follow-up to ensure I was satisfied! All my questions were answered and my package was delivered 2 days later. Install went smoothly. Very happy with Senville.

The 24000 BTU single mini split is…
The 24000 BTU single mini split is fantastic.
The amazing integration via the purchased Alexa usb stick is absolutely awful.
This is not a one off as many people on Reddit say the same.
I might have to ask for the old school adapter and control it via anything but Alexa.
The heat pump is amazing and quiet.

Delivery service. Should have a pick-up option because we have to take a day off to wait for the delivery guy. Otherwise, they will charge a storage fee. For the pick-up option, you should deduct the shipping fee, can not keep shipping fee
