The company was fast and efficient
The company was fast and efficient, the unit is very quiet and effective. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the issue of getting a pro to install to keep the warranty. No one will do it if you didn't buy off them. Make sure your HVAC person is willing or accept that you will be doing it yourself.

Had a small glitch in initial ordering process but was not the fault of Senville (check your address matches what is on your payment option lol) After a brief phone call with customer service we found the problem and we received our product within a few days.

Everything was great with the product and installation. The only issue was the delivery delays from UPS. Product seem to spend days stuck at the Dartmouth distribution center. Seem to require a call to finally have it delivered.

Our order came quickly and efficiently
Our order came quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately either I entered the order information wrong, or the system reset during ordering and I didn't catch it, but I received three 12k heads (what was on the order and paid for), instead of two 12k and one 18k that I wanted. When I noticed the error I thought returning it would be a nightmare, but they made the entire process painless and quick. They sent me all the shipping stickers, I paid the upgrade amount and a small shipping fee, and it was all done in a week. Great customer service!

Customer service interaction was…
Customer service interaction was great,shipping was secure and seamless. The installation instructions could have been better but I did get the device installed and working. I think it would be a better option for the DYI installation process if you where too sell the kits that have Wifi and can communicate with your network to also include as an option the Gauge and vacuum pump needed for clearing the line set and interior head if all goes well you could offer a 5 year compressor warranty instead of the 10year one that requires a tradesman to install. I’m sure that you could see the background codes in the communication and confirm if it was purged correctly.

I have had a Senville system for a good…
I have had a Senville system for a good while now and I am completely satisfied with it. Every time I have had an issue, they have been there for me. And the people I talked with were human! Recently I had a real issue with one of the indoor units and it was diagnosed and solved including parts as quickly as possible. Really quick.
