Excellent, professional service - highly recommended! Booking online was easy and the truck showed up on time. Driver was polite and friendly. Checked the car and loaded it onto the truck. 3 hours later I got a message to say the MOT had passed and the car was on the way back. Amazing! I hate garages usually and I'm always afraid of getting ripped off, but this was a great experience.

Great experience with service my car today. The driver (Andy) phoned me to say when he would arrive, my vehicle was checked before it left, I was contacted by phone during the day to let me know the progress, and was also kept up to date via email and text.
I found service my car to be friendly, efficient and thorough.

This was the most straight forward car service I’ve ever had. Booking online was really easy, could pick a date that suited me. Pick up of my car before 9, the driver even called ahead to let me know when to expect him. Then service report emailed out to me as soon as the car was finished followed by a courtesy call to make sure everything was as I expected. Finally the car was dropped back with me at lunchtime and I have not had to leave the house or arrange alternative transportation/pick ups. Fantastic service!

Used twice once for a service and then for my MOT. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, after using Halfords for years and each time coming away with £300-400 worth of work I didn’t believe I needed these guys are a breath of fresh air.

Booked my car in Thursday evening for Saturday lunch time ready for Monday, got a phone call asking can it be picked up earlier and we'll deliver it back the same day, couldn't recommend them enough, really friendly guys and will be booking my wife's car in soon for the same service

They charged me for parts that I didn't need or want!

I sent my car there to have the transmission fixed. Even though I told them to ONLY send me relevant parts needed for my issue, they made sure to add 5000aed worth of parts that I didn't need and told me that they had no cancellation policy when I wanted to cancel the parts, AFTER they told me that I actually didn't need them!

I will NEVER send my car there again.
They are the LARGEST service company in UAE NOT the best
